Welcome to Casa Nosa! We're delighted to share this beautiful beach/jungle with you. Please note that occasional power fluctuations can occur. This is part of the charm of living close to nature, and we appreciate your understanding.

Note: Guests are responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement if rules are not followed and damage occurs.

    • Please do not tamper with the Wi-Fi, internet, outdoor doorbell, or digital door lock.

    • Tampering with security cameras is against the terms of service. $500 fee for police dispatch will be charged.

    • No flushing toilet paper, wipes, diapers, or ANYTHING ELSE BESIDES HUMAN WASTE.

    • No glass containers by the pool or hot tub, please use the plastic cups provided.

    • Pool and Hot Tub: Both are open until 10 PM.

    • Desand before entering the unit: Hoses are located by the parking area next to the storage units.

    • Please don’t open the door/window in the master bedroom and guest bedroom.

    • For proper care of the washer and dryer, please manually switch on the circuit breaker (guest room, blue-taped) only when you intend to use the machines, and turn it off immediately after use. This helps ensure they continue working well throughout your stay.

    2. Enter your unique code, then the # sign. (The unique code is the last four digits of your phone number registered with airbnb)

    3. To lock:
      Pull the door closed gently; it will automatically lock.

    • WORK CENTER: You are welcome to use the work center. Please provide your name and unit number (B36) at the front desk.

    • SAFES: There's a safe in each room, in the closet. Please reset it by clicking on the red button inside the door. When you close the door, enter your # of choice and press the "key" button.

    • OWNER'S CABINET: There are owner-reserved cabinets in the kitchen. If a cabinet does not open, please leave it as is.

    • RECYCLING: Recycling is required. Please separate compost in the bin below the sink, and place glass, clean paper/cardboard, and plastic in the recycling bags located behind the laundry doors.

    • GARBAGE: Garbage can be disposed of outside; turn left towards the stairs, and turn left to the garbage chutes.goes here
