When you submit your reservation form, you have a 48-hour window to secure your spot with a $250 deposit. The remaining balance is due 45 days before your travel dates, making it easy to plan ahead and get excited for your trip.

Changes to bookings can be made without penalty if requested more than 45 days prior to the first check-in date. If changes are requested less than 45 days before the start of the trip, no refund can be made.

Full Refund Conditions: A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made 45 days or more before the scheduled departure date, less a $250 administrative fee per person.

Non-Refundable Conditions: No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 45 days before  the departure date.

Resale of Spot: Nosara.Life will attempt to resell the client’s spot. If the spot is successfully resold, the client will receive a full refund minus a $250 administrative fee per person, or the full amount in travel credits, depending on the client's preference.

We strongly advise that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance, as it may cover your costs in the event that you are unable to attend some or all of your trip and are not eligible for a refund under our cancellation policy.

Please ensure that your travel insurance policy includes coverage for all the aforementioned scenarios to safeguard against potential losses.
